The throne is the Doom rent. 2027 is when the stained glass ships.

Hot Toys Doctor Doom 1/6 for Avengers: Doomsday sits beside Doom's Throne ACS016 on Sideshow: $210 seat, Early Access around $285, Ultimate near $390, ship windows into 2027.

Doctor Doom does not arrive alone. Hot Toys and Sideshow are selling the Avengers: Doomsday 1/6 Doctor Doom figure line and a separate Doom's Throne sixth-scale accessory that turns the shelf into a throne room. Early Access Doom sits around $285 on Sideshow. Ultimate versions climb toward $390 depending on edition. The throne, ACS016, lists at $210. Ship windows stretch from late 2026 into 2027 depending on version and batch. That is statue-desk language for a movie that has not finished collecting rent yet.

Sideshow's throne page is the cleanest product card. Approximately 33 cm tall and 43.5 cm wide. Vinyl with stone grain. Gold geometric runic paint. Towering backrest, wide wing base, cantilevered armrests. Green stained-glass-themed backdrop included. Sized for the 1/6 Doctor Doom figure. Expected ship window on Sideshow reads October 2026 through March 2027, with the usual estimate disclaimer that arrival can slide later. I will not invent a firmer date than the retailer printed.

$210 buys the seat. The figure buys the tyrant. 2027 is when both stop being renders.

The figure side splits on purpose. Early Access versions lean earlier ship language (retail chatter around Q4 2026 into Q1 2027) so collectors can seat Doom closer to the theatrical window. Ultimate versions trade for later windows, more effects, and in some editions light-up Sentinel hand display talk. Bleeding Cool and Sideshow companion listings carry the $285 and $390 bands. Masked head with separated rolling eyeballs, roughly 31 cm tall, thirty articulation points, mystic hand effects, Darkhold language on the richer packs. That is Hot Toys doing movie-masterpiece density, not a Marvel Legends peg warm-up.

Why this filing sits next to trailer week is simple. Doomsday footage and casting noise already own the Movies desks. I tracked the comic-number hunger in 9.5 is the comic Doomsday and the Sentinel rent in the Sentinel head is the rent. The Target three-pack aisle joke lives in the Target three-pack is Doomsday. Statues is where the same character becomes a credit-card event. Trailers invent appetite. Hot Toys invents a payment plan.

Shelf math is cruel on purpose. A 43.5 cm wide throne is not a desk accident. Depth and width both matter. The stained-glass backdrop wants wall clearance or it invents a lean. Pairing throne plus Ultimate Doom is easily north of $500 before tax and shipping if you buy both at list. Flex Pay and layaway exist because Hot Toys knows what it is doing. Dust will love the cloak wire. Sunlight will love the gold runes. Acrylic cases become a second religion for people who already own too many clear boxes.

Prototype honesty belongs in every filing like this. Sideshow marks item shown as prototype. Paint, seams, and rune sharpness can shift between reveal photos and the box that lands in 2027. That is normal. That is also why I refuse to write a definitive screen-accuracy grade from a lightbox gallery. What I can grade is the product architecture: separate throne SKU, multi-version Doom, early versus ultimate ship philosophy, and a width number that punishes small shelves.

Doomsday is still a movie. On this desk it is already furniture with a ship window.

I will not invent a Secret Wars shelf date and staple it to this SKU. Avengers: Doomsday is the license stamp on ACS016 and the Doom MMS line. Collectors who want comic-classic green cloaks already own other Dooms. This wave is movie armor and movie seat. The rune gold is doing mystic branding work the trailers also love. The throne is doing architectural branding work the trailers also love. Merch and marketing are holding hands. That is not a scandal. That is the modern release.

Buy advice stays practical. If you only fund one object, pick the figure first. A throne without a tyrant is a funny coffee table. If you already reserved Early Access Doom, the $210 seat is the diorama upgrade that makes the cloak make sense. Skip Ultimate if the later 2027 window and higher price fight your Doomsday ticket budget. Skip aftermarket throne scalping while Sideshow still shows retailer channels. Skip stacking every Doom edition like they are Pokemon. One seated tyrant is a display. Three is a cry for help.

Compare the plastic corridors without collapsing scales. Hasbro six-inch waves and Hot Toys 1/6 statues can share a fandom and still refuse to share a shelf. Different stands. Different dusting rituals. Different apology emails to partners. Doomsday merch will flood pegs and Prestige cabinets alike. This desk only cares about the cabinet that needs thirty-three centimeters of vertical honesty and seventeen inches of horizontal surrender.

September 9 is reminder language. Preorder windows have been live. Ship estimates already admit 2027. Sources are Sideshow's Doom's Throne product page, Sideshow's Doctor Doom companion listings, and trade coverage that repeats the Early Access and Ultimate price bands. I am not inventing a street date. I am saying the throne and the tyrant are both calendar objects now. Measure the shelf. Respect the width. Let 2027 bring the stained glass without pretending September can hurry injection molds.

Display advice for people who will ignore me anyway: center the backdrop first, seat Doom second, adjust the cloak wire third, and only then take the photo that invents envy. Keep the Darkhold prop from becoming a permanent dust shelf. Rotate mystic hands once in a while so the translucent effects do not weld themselves into one pose. None of that is in the what's-in-the-box list. All of it is how a $210 chair earns its footprint.

My own plan is embarrassingly Latverian. Early Access Doom if the batch gods smile. Throne if the entertainment unit still has a hole shaped like a coup. Backdrop centered. Hands swapped once a month for no reason. That is statue religion. Trailers will keep inventing new angles. Hot Toys already sold the seat. The Collectibles Statues desk can live with a $210 chair and a masked king who has not finished the movie yet.
